O pequeno jardim privado da Boa Vista – Quinta d Boa Vista – situa-se na zona ocidental do Funchal perto da aldeia do Camacho. Como disse, não é muito grande em área, mas compensa pela variedade de orquÃdeas que ali crescem, fileiras e prateleiras delas; Alguns são muito perfumados e alguns simplesmente espetaculares.
The small private garden of Boa Vista – Quinta d Boa Vista – is located on the western side of Funchal close to the village of Camacho. As I stated, it is not very large in area but makes up for this in the variety of orchids growing there, rows and racks of them; Some are very fragrant and some just plain spectacular.
